			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>HARS members have been hard at work continuing the detailed and difficult task of rebuilding and installing the Catalina mid-section blisters.  Having received a loan set of blisters from the Catalina Museum at Lake Boga, HARS members have been busy reproducing and replicating these very complicated and interesting structures.  Engine and other systems work continue, with the inspection and installation of new components.  The Catalina is also receiving a staged repaint, which can clearly be seen in the following photographs.</p>
