Our Lockheed Super Constellation airliner, Connie, flew to the NSW South Coast resort town of Merimbula on Saturday 7th April as part of the town’s Centenary Celebrations. Connie was open to the public both on Saturday, and again on Sunday 8th, and returned to Albion Park on the Sunday afternoon.
Following a lengthy recovery, reassembly and restoration, our English Electric Canberra trainer is now on public display in our museum. Come visit us and sit in the restored cockpit.
