In another successful appearance, both HARS De Havilland Caribou army transports, our Catalina PBY6A, and Super Constellation “Connie” have graced the skies at the Avalon Airshow in Victoria from 28th February to 3rd March this year. Connie flew daily and also took part in the Night Alight display on Friday evening. One Caribou was open to the public and the other took part in the daily flying display along with the Catalina. At Avalon, many visitors took the time to visit our four aircraft and meet our flight and ground crews.
