HARS Celebrates Passenger Services at Tarmac Days

At the end of this month Shellharbour City Council in conjunction with JETGO Australia will be commencing a new passenger service between Illawarra Regional Airport, Brisbane and Melbourne.  To celebrate this, HARS will be featuring many of its passenger aircraft at the next Tarmac Days on 13-15 October.

Come to the next Tarmac Days and revel in the history of aircraft like the Boeing 747-400, Lockheed Super Constellation (Connie), Douglas DC3 and DC4 (possibly), De Havilland Drover and Piaggio 166.

While viewing our passenger aircraft take the time to check out a number of our other exhibits such as the Lockheed Neptune (maritime patrol and Submarine hunter), General Dynamics F-111C (bomber), De Havilland Caribou (battlefield transport), together with our collection of engines and other paraphernalia.

We hope to see you there on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.  Admission is $15/adult, $5/child and $35/family.  The museum is open between 09:30 and 15:30 each day.
