There’s an opportunity for would-be pilots to watch instructors fly a Boeing 737 jet simulator at HARS Aviation Museum in November.
For three days from Thursday 5 to Saturday 7 November one of the museum volunteers will base his jet simulator at the museum at Shellharbour Airport as part of a WorldFlight fundraising pportunity.
Instructors from the Illawarra Flight Simulator Group will be on hand to fly a leg of the virtual around-the-world experience on a full-size B737 simulator.
WorldFlight is a means to raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) and a donation box will be provided beside the simulator, with usual entry fees to the museum applying.
