In mid-April 2016 our Macchi gate guardian was erected outside the main door to the museum. She adds a new dimension of welcome to the museum. Thanks to the team who worked so hard on her for a long time.
The RAAF has graciously gifted Lockheed Neptune (A89-272) to HARS for restoration and display at their satellite museum site at Parkes Airport. Details if the gifting can be viewed in the RAAF media release.
